How do i remove the FPS counter on the top of the screen?

It's an overlay from a background program most likely an overclocking tool or recording tool.
Do you have dxtory,fraps,Msi afterburner , evga precision , nvidia shadow play , radionpro ?

Disable the overlay. It's not from the game itself .

I figured it out it was actually a console command Com_showFPS 0 (or 1 if you want to see your fps), ill leave it here for future reference.
