Stuck after examine.

It seems i get stuck and unable to go back to 3rd person after i examine things. Happend with the rifle-man out the window. Now the doctors office X-ray of keys in chest. No matter what i press or what i do i can't get back to the game. Just stuck starting at this picture.

Anyone else having this issue or have a fix?

Hey y'all, what setting was C bound to? I changed my C key to sneek and now I'm stuck in examining a window...and I have no idea what it wes before.
