(SPOILERS) The Consequence Collectible Guide

A fellow on YouTube posted a vid of all the collectibles that have achievements attached to them.

Unfortunately it doesn't cover either snails or soundtrack collectibles. I managed to find all soundtrack files, but I can only remember two.

Soundtrack collectibles:
-Chapter 3: After you exit the police station you will cross some rooftop construction and then enter some green/yellow offices. A short ways into the offices you should see one of the Brain soda machines... but it doesn't seem to be giving out soda or goo.
-The final soundtrack (5th) collectible is located near the end of Chapter 4. When you get into the bloody sewers and have to run from the haunted a Ruvik Clone (the one and only in the Consequence) will burst out of a door to your right. Kill him (took me two close range shotgun blasts, you may need to dodge the Laura hands) and go into the doorway he was blocking.

Snail collectibles:
-Snail 1 (Thanks to Darkside!): Chapter 3: After you lose your flashlight you will play for a decent period with Chemical Lights. When you get to the bloody room with the eyeballs you will need to replace the Chem Lights with a new flashlight. In this room is a sink... shine your light in it.
-Snail 2: Chapter 3: When you are in the police station you will go through a loop, visiting Sebastian's office at different periods of his life. On, I believe, the third trip to his office where Oda is upset that Kidman is going to be joining them you should find a snail inside Sebastian's briefcase on the floor.
-Snail 3 (Thanks to Vermilion!): Chapter 4: Right after bypassing the Cadavers (the ones on all fours that explode if you get too close) and openning the locked door in the Hotel you will see some elevators that are slightly open. The one on the right can be squeezed through. On the left, at eye level is a snail on the elevator's wall.
-Snail 4: Chapter 4: A ways into the chapter you will get to some labs where you will see frequent visions of Dr. Jiminez talking with the Mobius guy. After one of these visions you will walk down a small set of stairs, check under the staircase. If you are in the room where you are converting the place into the Sadist (chainsaw guy) Kill room from the start of the base Evil Within game you have gone a bit too far, backtrack a bit.

Easter Eggs
-In the police station bullpen (the section with all the desks) you will find a desk with nothing on it. Shine your light on it to 'reveal' Kidman's stuff. There doesn't seem to be any commentary or effect to doing this other than revealing she has a thing for Teddy Bears (also noticable when she wakes up in the hospital at the start of the game).
-When playing the game in Kurayami mode and activating the generator (the first time you get the chem lights) a Japanese voice said something. Not understanding a word of Japanese I couldn't tell you what was said but the voice was very... humerous.

Found snail #5! Its on the final boss section. Right after you defeat your clones, there will be large area where you can refill your ammo. Snail on the corner column
