Will help you boost the textures to 16k and texture filtering and turn on mega shadows which makes the lighting look stellar (although at a heavy performance cost past 2), and a few smaller tweaks are in their. The only thing that will really hurt performance is mega shadows the other setting dont have any where near the performance cost of that.
But I know modders are just gonna add in Resident Evil weapons and skins only.
