Problem Loading win 10

I have a problem with loading the game . Made the first chapter , I continuously for the second chapter and says, "There was an error loading " I accept , return to home page "press any key to continue " , and remains stuck on " loading data profile ."
And I do alt - f4 to exit , what do I do now? Thank you

Erebus forgive me , I did not understand the question . Installing all right , just hangs when loading data profile .

Right-click the game's name in the Steam library, click properties, in the window that pops up go to the local files tab, click "Verify Integrity of Game Cache".

It will scan the install files to make sure all the files are present and not-corrupt, and will download any messed up or missing files as needed.

Ive noticed most game issues with Win 10 is when people do the upgrade. A clean install presents no problems at all.

Yeah... In place upgrades are trash be it for OS updates or driver updates.

Thanks Erebus , I did verify integrity of game cache , it found 10 missing files download now . I hope that after functions . :)
