PLEASE HELP! ch. 15 very end of game glitch!

ive made it to the very end of the game, chapter 15, and have beaten the last boss...but when dude wakes up in the bathtub thing after being hazey eyed and having Kidman cover for him...from what ive watched on youube this should be the very last cutscene of the game and then the rest is just a short....but i wake up from the bathtub thing and the vision is all blurry and i just run around the lab/bathrom control room....and if i walk into the center of the room, dude does a motion that looks like hes falling, but he falls through what looks to be clouds? and when he finally stops falling, its just nonstop running in an infinate "cloud world"....ive tried everything but i havent actually "finished" the game because of this...i started a new game in hopes that i would start with all my guns/upgrades/ammo...but nope, no go :( please helpif anyone can please PLEASE help me out with this :(

i couldn't ending the game for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug. How could i do ?

I have the same glitch. It's so annoying that I don't get to finish the game - AT THE VERY END, just cut scenes left.
I don't even understand how there could be a glitch, this was released in 2014, it's 2020, I suppose someone would have fixed it by now. Not to mention it seemed to work fine in 2014...
Anyone know a solution?

edited: I played around with the hardware settings and the game started running just fine. I'm not sure which of the many changes did that.
