Full house achievement

[Angel in the Dark]

I just finished the game a third time on akumu mode and used every bolt to kill enemies and the achievement hasn't unlocked. I researched that apparently the definition of 'killed' is very specific and means burning enemies after they are shocked/flashed doesn't count and they have to be shot. Can anybody confirm this?

If only I would have known before playing 100+ hours without saving trap parts :P but oh well

edit: did you kill 5 enemies per each bolt type or 5 enemies in total, so one type of bolt for every enemy? just realized I might have done it wrong the whole time.

Yeah no, I reloaded chapter 15 and killed at least 5 enemies with every bolt type, headshots with the harpoon bolt. Still not working. But I've read that this achievement is glitched for a lot of people. Guess I will have to follow some guide, even though they won't be doing anything differently.

You are doing something wrong then!
First mistake: You are reloading, dont do that! Finish a whole level to make sure it counts, On what difficulty are you trying this? Choose easy diffficulty.
(Do it exactly like this: stun an enemy, then shoot him into the chest, arms or back with pistol till he dies .(No headshots)Repeat 5 times.
Then shock an enemy and repeat killing him with shots to the body.
Same goes for ice...
With the Harpoon bolt do also 5 body kills( no headshots).
I recommend chapter 6 for boosting this challenge.

Thanks for your advice. Honestly I don't think there is a right or wrong way. This guy for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlJJ5tCg29s he burns shocked enemies, melees frozen/stunned enemies, and STILL gets the achievement. While other guides say you can only shoot enemies. This is such a random achievement, it sucks. But I will try your way on my next playthrough. I will keep this discussion updated if it works or not.

this one worked for me after i tried this tip i really got it from first attempt.

have you got it ? you just do the one you don't know doesn't count.
after shooting with electric , flash use ur shotgun or magnum to kill them and do again they spawn 3 in each after a time you can do it again or die and will load check point so it saves i guess (if doesn't work )

I followed the video guide, except for the fact that I could never have that many trap parts on a new game + that I could make 3+ bolts for every bolt type. So basically I suicided every time I was out of bolts and restarted the checkpoint with bolts for a different bolt type. But it can't be that, a lot of people got the achievement 'on accident' towards the end of the game, because they just naturally accumulated all the kills. So naturally they will have died and reloaded checkpoints until then. F uck this achievement.

- Sorry to hear that but i got it after i completed newgame + with casual difficulty
and then i did alot of missed collecables + certain achievements in specific chapter then i reloaded chapter 2 in the last with lots of bolts so i managed to had like around 27 traps to craft. i never got worry about that cause i played carefully in easiest difficulty and chilling around and did some farm green Gel that's why ( take it easy )

- anyway i just have to do akumu diff and i don't know how it will goes ! good luck for you also

Thank you and best of luck on your Akumu run, it's actually not that hard. Less hard than this stupid achievement :/
