Any issues if the frame rate is too high ? 120 fps +

I can't find any info on possible issues when the frame rate is above 60 fps, except : https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/The_Evil_Within
Was it patched or do enemies really attack faster ?
So far, I have managed to play until chapter 8 or so, without any issues and I haven't noticed anything. Enemies seem to stand up faster or it might be my imagination.
I've heard people talking about differences in the enemy’s behavior between 30 and 60 fps and others says that it was patched, etc. But, not a single demo or number. Plus nobody mentions 60 fps+
I'm playing on max settings at 1080p@119fps. The game runs smoothly without any lag or stutter. Not a single fps drop.

A lot of people seem to have low fps and other issues so here is my configuration before smb starts asking.
I'm using the following launch parameters :
+vt_maxaniso 4 +r_swapinterval 0 +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +r_forceaspectratio 0 +com_allowconsole 1

Using console to fix the mouse sensitivity :
m_smooth 0 - Disables mouse acceleration.
m_sensitivity x - Custom mouse sensitivity.

I've also checked the "override high DPI scaling behavior" in compatibility setting and set it to Application.

Nvidia control:
Low latency Mode : On
Max Frame rate : 119fps
Power management : Prefer maximum performance
Vertical Sync : Fast

I'm also using https://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/ to set the FOV. I've set mine to 20

The FPS is smooth on my PC but don't play above 60 FPS. My issue is that annoying flickering hair bug that only appears normally when reloading autosave after dieing.

Not sure, I also saw the pcgamingwiki comment when I was trying to play it a while back. But on reddit a few days ago (after the gamepass version situation) someone mentioned the game supposedly will be fine at 60+fps but apparently some scripted things can ♥♥♥♥ up like chases. Apparently the guy would just restart the checkpoint until it worked. Lemme know if you run into anything gamebreaking/find more info, i've been thinking of shelling out a buck for the fixed gamepass version just to run through it.

Also. in the fixing the pc port walkthrough steam guide, the author mentions that he's beat the game at 144fps on that Akumu difficulty or whatever it is, says some minor bugs like the pcgamingwiki. Seems like you're probably ok.
