How to reset every .cfg manipulation?

Long time ago there was a discussion about how to make a custom first person view via console commands or through editing some cfg file. Due to the fact that I don't remember how it was made, I can't reset these settings to keep playing from a third person perspective, rather than the first.

Perhaps someone know how to reset absolutely everything to default, because deleting: "the evil withinConfig.cfg" and .cfg files in the root folder of the game didn't seem to help. Where these FOV manipulations might be stored? What file is being edited via in-game console?
I'm not even sure, if these changes were made in config file, but I don't think it could have been done in any other way.

P.S Verifying Integrity of Game Files and game re-installation don't help.

Delete the files in the games folder in your documents. It stores cfg data there too. Forget the directory right offhand but it will be in games or saved games or some ♥♥♥♥ in your documents.

It didn't reset the configurations for some reason, when I tried to delete files in the saved games folder for the first time, but now it did.
