Akumu/Nightmare mode

Will the beating the game on Akumu mode unlock Nightmare mode achievment as well?
Or, it has to be done in two playthroughs.

Secondly, can someone post the recommended playing times for all chapters for ''Quick and the dead" achievment.Just to track my progress, to make sure I'm not way bellow some recommended time, as I progress.

1) Akumu unlocks nightmare as well.

2) 4:20:00 first time, 4:12:00 second time (I did this a second time just because I was damn curious if I could beat my own time, don't worry too much about this achievement, you need to have at least lvl 5 sprint, run like crazy and do not use any mirror in the game except for the mandatory ones, that solves the mistery)

Thank you for your reply.Would you please post your time on all 1-15 chapters, if that's possible.In example,

Ch 1 : 14.22
Ch 2 : 26:22
Ch 3 : 35:11 and so on..

Or maybe you remember(or saved game) after every 5 chapters.It would be helpfull if i knew

I don't have such a track, but believe me, it's not really necessary if you:

1) Start from a new game+ with all Sebastian atributes, weapons, stock, etc, maxed out, lowest difficulty.
2) Do not use the mirrors.
3) Run through the game, engaging in only mandatory combats.
4) Know where you go to.

I've done it twice without any planning, dude, I even improved my score !! Actually, in my no green-gel challange (which I started first) I almost get both achievements at the same time.

Just rush through it. It's super easy actually and shouldn't really stress you out.
