I think this is thing a limited only.

Until Bethesda says other wise to add it in for free or as a payable dlc.
Or if someone edit/mod the weapons back in,
but I don't think Bethesda wouldn't like that.
maybe if they were fanmade mod weapons, it would be ok.

But it would be nice if the Fighting Chance Pack was unlockable for beating the game.

Got mine with Collector's Edition physical copy of the game. Bought it after beating the game because it became one of my favorites.
