Take "Shooting Star" GS, for example. It has a fixed attribute where you gain Fire buff for 10 seconds after doing a charged attack. Went into training, and here are the results:
1. Savage Momentum - counts;
2. Mortal Blow: Bloodshed - counts;
3. Charged Potent Blow - counts;
4. Helm Break - counts;
5. Heart Piercer - counts;
6. Charged active skills (Phantom: Night Veil, Inner Fury, etc.) - all count.
Flat DMG increase also works the same way. Tested my current set-up against a training dummy - Savage Momentum deals 8359 + 3236 total damage. Now I change one piece of equipment for one that has a "Charged Attack: DMG Increase - 7.8%" attribute, without altering my damage output in any other way.
The result? Savage Momentum now deals 8825 + 3416 total damage.
for future reference every skill tells you what category it is under on the skill tree
ignore the text. I meme editied this image A while back because a topic went on for two pages without myself or others noticing this was in the game. this is not a targeted sarcastic image post aimed at you.
