Last bond is at rank 1. Where is he now?

Does he only show up some days? Or nights? It's about all I have left to do besides the final dungeon. I have 20 days left. Am I supposed to just waste days until I am informed that maybe I should spend time with him?

The last bond shows up during the day. You can jump to the follower's location in the Follower menu (assuming there's a red icon, if it's grayed out you probably need to travel on the Gauntlet Runner.) Only rule with the bonds is you can't spend time with them 2 days in a row, so you should have enough time to finish his bond.

Apparently people are treating it like it's a spoiler despite it being so obvious. It's Basilio. I have him at bond rank 1. But he's just not anywhere now. How am I supposed to rank him up.

Oh. I didn't know about not being able to spend time 2 days in a row. Guess I'm wasting time then. Thanks for the answer.

You have to talk to him on the gauntlet. I missed the conversation initially and was in the last five days of the game before I could activate it.

Yeah, I forgot about it too and sorta stumbled into noticing it. I feel like most other bonds made a point of telling you to start it. Pretty sure this one didn't.
