My opinions regard the characters' design.

Am I the only one who thinks unplayable characters' design is better than the playable ones? Some of them are very questionable to me. Not saying they are bad or anything. I just have a mixed feeling about this.
I don't want to start a hateful topic, just want to know other's thoughts.

FYI, I'm fine with Strohl and Hulkenberg but the others (Heismay, Junah, Eupha) I don't know. Really wish Brigitta, Neuras, Catherina, and Alonzo to be playable tho.

Besides our unfortunate flat butt companion, I think the designs are fine, and they seem to be nods to their other IP's in some way or another (like the obvious Catherine) which is kinda cool to see.

The protagonist looks like a girl and all the important female characters look like men with long hair and makeup ingame.

And that's without taking into account that the localization was done by a woke activist who turns most of the characters into repulsive clichés.

Not super far into the game yet, but I agree. The knights character design is pretty bad. She looks a lot better in her flashback.

When Catherina became a follower and didn't join my team I was pretty upset. Seems weird to have these down-trodden tribes (with the dog/fox ears) yet not a one gets represented on the playable team.

finish the game before making a confident statement about who's on the playable team or not.
