They should have some battle support roles.
How are you about to cook so hard on character designs like that, and not even have them be front and center in the game? All of this on top of having zero romances to cultivate, which to me at least, has always been half the fun of Atlus games. Such a bummer. Awesome game, but such a bummer.
they better fcking add them on a dlc, its just such a dumb decision to not include them when its probably the first thought every player had when they meet them
man,what a waste
this is the answer; dude is scared of girls
Braindead comment lol
It's gonna be the ultra ultimate director's cut season pass dlc with ray tracing remaster.
Took so long to finally get a 4th party member, and the gap to the 5th was huge too. Really would've been ideal to have another party member added early on, and Catherina was the perfect candidate for that.
Its important to also have great characters that aren't part of the main party. It helps a lot in making the world feel more alive.
Several of the other tournament participants are shown in the big tourney intro cutscene, and then they drop out of the race entirely after the first or second time you beat them on the world map. Why go to the effort of making a unique non-human model, several different art portraits for multiple emotions, and hiring a VA if you're going to drop an interesting character like Lina from the plot after a single fight?
Godell also feels wasted as a rival; he feared always being in the background, and his fear came true since he was constantly ignored until the devs remembered he'd be a good scapegoat for bad writing causing a rapid series of plot holes.
