Two locked doors in a Mausoleum
Do you only get keys for them from a sidequest of sorts or did I miss them somewhere in the Cathedral?

I'm about to fight Zorba, so I would prefer to not accidentally abandon whatever loot is in there.

you do not get them the orginal run through, later on (after you get your fast travel) you'll see 2 new quests in grand trad, then's your time.

If you mean the two doors directly after you enter then dont worry its for later
