Mt. Vulkano Last floor
Does anyone know how to open the last stone door before a ladder on the bottom 5th floor?
It doesn't line up with anything on the map at all and I can't find a switch anywhere.

On the 4th floor (The only play with flooring overlapping the ladder) Gallica keeps telling me there is something I can use nearby when there is nothing. Did they forget to finish the dungeon or left things in?

That part of the dungeon is tied to a quest you get as part of Euphas bond questline. When I went there after taking said quest, the door was just open already.

Well, that's dumb. Hope I have enough time in the days.
Agreed that's some obnoxious design in a game where time is a finite resource, just ran into the same thing. No reason to expect this bs from any story cues.
You can get Eupha's bond up to Rank 6 before finishing the Island area. In which case the Vulcano area is placed on the map and you have to wait till next area to reach it.

I kind of assumed the dungeon only appeared if you had her quest, but I guess that is not the case. Maybe would have been better if they had done that.

This is what annoys me about Atlus games. I hate that I need to follow a guide to 100% them. Here I am in the dungeon, and now I have to waste a day coming back. And I focused courage too much I think, still behind on tolerance as a result. I don't want to follow a 100% completion guide to 100% complete things in a single run. Takes all the fun out.

I literally just spent over two hours running around the dungeon trying to find something to unlock it. Gave up and decided to Google. Would never expected that an unlock able lever door was actually just a block out for a quest, that had me stumped and mislead for some time
lol bs spent atleast 1 hour
That's a rookie mistake from a major studio... Thank you, I would have lost several hours without this.
I spent 1-2 hours running around thinking that I missed something. Now I have a choice to load the previous save file and lose 1-2 hours of progress and levelling or sacrifice 1 in-game day because of this...

It's probably better to sacrifice the day. You get plenty of extra days near the end, so you're probably going to be fine.

I dont think trying to 100% everything 1st run is for "fun" more like ur doing it for a digital pat on the back.
