What are FRIENDLY TEETH MONSTERS IN DUNGEONS that you can find in dungeons like Abandoned tomb?

The ones you can talk to? They give you some info like for example what Luck stat does.

So there are just for information. Is there anywhere to see a list of monsters you have killed?

I think they are the 'mascot' of this game, so they also made a friendly one that happens to give you tips.

Just make sure to equip the dentist archetype before interrogating one of them. The information they provide fills in a lot more cavities in your understanding of the game if you do.
