Getting to Virga Island

Day 14/8 - I was about to go to Virga Island where the lance is located. But I cant talk to Neuras. Meaning, I can't enter the Gauntlet Runner to get there. Whatever I do, nothing helps and I have no earlier savegame. Suggestions?

Can you not get back on the runner by going to the beach where it's parked?

I cant leave the city at all. No teleport, nothing. And I am still in the City before leaving for the island.

I can't go there. It won't let me. Neuras says that we can get going whenever I'm ready. There should be a prompt, where I can choose to stay and get some items or get going. This aint happening. I can't leave the city, nor teleport nor go to where the runner was. It is waiting behind Neuras in the water already.

Nope. I uninstalled after several tries. Even used different cheat-tables modifying the date and everything. Nothing worked.

You're supposed to ask around to learn about the divine lance.

Talking to NPCs around town will direct you to the Greatest Catch Tavern, where the Tavernstaff will tell you about a mustari who might have some clues about it. Afterwards, head to the northwest part of Merchants' Bazaar where the dock is and interact with the mustari village chief. You should be able to depart for Virga Island now.

I did all that. Neuras asked If we should leave, I said yes and nothing happened. I watched several videos about that part of the game. Thanks anyways.
