This game is good, but not amazing
The story was nice, the gameplay to, but nothing was amazing. Its just your normal JRPG which i saw a 100 times. Its not as good as persona 5, which is a shame, because i thought it would be as good as persona 5.

But well this game is pretty good. I would give it a 7/10 i guess. What do you think about the game?

5/10
Combat sucks final chapter story sucks. No va on many bonding shows laziness of company and game itself. Can literally beat the whole game just beating bosses themselves and aoe kill everything on open world,

I liked the coming out moments. But beyond that I will forget the rest of the game.

Besides the prince is weak sauce.... in ophera scene we see that all his power, and parties cant save civilians or kids. But Del can....

Metaphor has a distinctive lack of Morgana, therefore it is already a step above P5.

Also, Press Turn > 1 More.

Yeah. This game is pretty forgetable and weak. Nothing i will remember with a smile. Its probebly not even worth it to beat right?

Morgana is not that bad to make Metaphor better then Persona 5

He is.

That aside, is P5 your first venture into Atlus games besides Metaphor? Because the way you worded your OP makes it sound like P5 is some kind of Atlus's magnum opus. And I'm just not seeing it.

Especially since Persona 3 exists. And SMT franchise in general.

Nah i played Persona 3 and 4 before 5. But i still think that Persona 5 ist better then Metaphor and Persona 3. Persona 4 and Persona 5 are both amazing games and i think that Perosna 4 is a bit better then 5

And SMT is not my cup of tea. SMT 3 is pretty amazing but SMT 5 was not that great for me at least

You had me until "which is a shame, because i thought it would be as good as persona 5"
I mean, persona 5 is a damn good game (one of my fav jrpgs), but i'm not sure that you should say "it's same as other jrpgs" and follow up with "shame it's not as good as a game that's literally identical to previous two in the series, except with more stylish UI and with more cartoony due to calendar restrictions plot" (yeah i think that calendar was done good only in refantazio and p3 because in p4 and p5 it's "the same story beat repeated every month for 5 months with nothing in story happening until the final boss". Fight me)

I hope this game will get some mod for enemy diversity, to see the same insects and skeletons in every single place is kinda dumb. All in all I enjoyed the 70 hours, but i wouldn't say it's a must play.
WeeCapo Nov 9, 2024 @ 9:55am
Game has some pacing problems, is too much on easy and "user friendly" side, and the turn based combat is often boring and very very repetitive, and some boss last too long for this type of repetitive actions loop. Persona 5 Royal is a better game overall.

I'd say it's more of a soft 8/10, but yes, agreed.
