Combat sucks final chapter story sucks. No va on many bonding shows laziness of company and game itself. Can literally beat the whole game just beating bosses themselves and aoe kill everything on open world,
I liked the coming out moments. But beyond that I will forget the rest of the game.
Besides the prince is weak sauce.... in ophera scene we see that all his power, and parties cant save civilians or kids. But Del can....
Also, Press Turn > 1 More.
That aside, is P5 your first venture into Atlus games besides Metaphor? Because the way you worded your OP makes it sound like P5 is some kind of Atlus's magnum opus. And I'm just not seeing it.
Especially since Persona 3 exists. And SMT franchise in general.
I mean, persona 5 is a damn good game (one of my fav jrpgs), but i'm not sure that you should say "it's same as other jrpgs" and follow up with "shame it's not as good as a game that's literally identical to previous two in the series, except with more stylish UI and with more cartoony due to calendar restrictions plot" (yeah i think that calendar was done good only in refantazio and p3 because in p4 and p5 it's "the same story beat repeated every month for 5 months with nothing in story happening until the final boss". Fight me)
