Memorandum Completion Help - 99%

I'm trying to complete the Memorandum, but I'm stuck at 98%. I figured I might as well post the full list of entries I currently have, in case someone has found the one or two I'm missing. There are two entries that I know about, but don't currently have, so those are listed in brackets at the bottom of the relevant sections (collecting these two should get me to 99%). Note: I've essentially just re-posted this from a Reddit post I made, since we've hit a bit of a dead end there.

I believe I have the entire list of Memorandum entries here, as I've datamined all of them. I just haven't been able to locate how to unlock some of them.

Thank you so much!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I'm near the end of my second playthrough, so I'm not going to be able to get it. Honestly, I might start a third playthrough once I beat this one and just get up to that point so I can pick it up.

Do you happen to remember where to get Nature - Dragon Crystal & Tradia Desert, People - Wandering Scholars?

I'm also looking for Magic - On the Magla Accumulator

But the Peopel - Elderly Entomophile is the old man for the gold beetles.

You asked this same question in my guide, so I'll just paste the same response here if anyone wanted to know how to get these as well:

• Dragon Crystal - The Sandy Coast activity on Virga Island (not sure if night only, and there’s different events so you may need to retry a few times)
  
• Tradia Desert - Talk to the guard near the gate at Sunlumeo Street
  
• Wandering Scholars - You’ll want to refer to my Comprehensive Schedule Guide as it lists the different locations they show up (I think you get it on your first interaction, so the earliest would be in Grand Trad)
  
• On the Magla Accumulator - Talk to guard standing in front of the Magla Accumulator at Sunlumro Street later into the game (I think it’s in September or October)

Thank you. Unfortunately, I'm already at the end of October and only the On the Magla Accumulator is available. Tradia Desert seems like it should be accessed early months because the guard didn't give it. My backup save is on 09/03 and the npc for Wandering Scholar is showing there; whereas for the Dragon Crystal will only show in the afternoon in Sandy Coast and it doesn't give on 1-2 attempts. The Dragon Crystal also doesn't show on consecutive days (?) like I started on 09/03, reload to try every answer. 09/04 the Dragon Crystal didn't show up. 09/05 tried every answer but no memorandum. I gave up since we'll be going to Altabury by 09/06 and decided for a 3rd walkthrough; anyway I'm currently at Tryant's Star. Thank you again.

Do you have the entry in culture named Forgiveness day and do you have any idea how you got it ? I am planning and doing a 100% memorandum run and have Tradia desert, on the magla accumulator and I am on the 7/27 and talked to the npcs around the fountain at day and night and didnt get a memorandum entry for it, any idea if and how you got it ?if you dont remember it may have been automatic ? what do you remember ?
