There are many instances where the positioning of the Save/Load icon is quite annoying due to it taking up 2 tiles of the building area on the bottom right corner. Are there any workarounds for this?

Now, I'm not saying this is a GOOD design, but it's a test to see if I understand the game's mechanics. It seems like there's a hard cap of how many roads can turn into the same road through the same intersection, and that cap is 2. Any more than that and the route is considered non-valid. ...
