Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks 1.0 Launches on Steam

We are excited to announce that our publisher Wired Productions and developer Caged Element have officially launched Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks on Steam today. Following an early access phase that saw over 250,000 players blast opponents, this high-octane combat racing game has had some tuning up and has sped into 1.0.

Last week, Wired Productions revealed they had taken over publishing rights – removing microtransactions entirely - and introducing fresh tracks, maps, game modes, and customization options. Assemble your crew of Grotz, Gitz, and Squigz – and battle in PVP and PVE lobbies!

Seriously? Re-packaging...

Why should I have to pay a game price for a crappy VR update. It doesn't even have that much VR functionality. I already owned the non-VR version and beat the hell out of it. Shouldn't this just be a fairly cheap DLC? If not, shouldn't people that own the previous version at least get a discount (i.e. DLC)? I don't want to pay $20 to pull gum in a more immersive environment....

Can't open PDA

Playing this with my PSVR 2 and PC Adapter but I am unable to open the PDA. The start button doesn't do anything. I've tried editing the controller bindings but nothing works. Buttons are all physically working and tested fine. Any ideas?

Hi, how do i open the PDA on a Quest 3 via Steamlink. I just purchased the game on SteamVR. The left controllers control button opens the SteamVR overlay and the right controller button opens up Steamlink.

Almost unplayable with Index controllers

Hi! First time diving in. The experience was a bit rocky. I was trying to stream this game tonight, but the controls were so rough, I gave up. Sorry for such critical feedback. The bindings on the Index are rough. Pause is activated without pressing any buttons. I think it has something to do with what buttons your fingers are resting on... Which means pause was being triggered by my hands holding the controllers as I do naturally in a resting state. The PDA kept appearing in my hand and I couldn't quit...
