How to change the game language in Windows 10

1. Run the game one time at least
2. Open the windows registry and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Activision\The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (TM)\Install
3. Right click and create a new DWORD value with name "Language", double click on it, select decimal and write the value for your language:

English -> 3
French -> 5
German -> 6
Italian -> 7
Russian -> 10
Spanish -> 11

I try to change to German. But everytime after launchin the game the DWORD is reset to 10. The reg file doesn't change it. I've tried to run REGEDIT with admin rights.

It's possible that the launcher resets the value when it launches. Be sure to change the value when the launcher is already running.

i tried it. still the same. i think the game itself changes the value

edit: ok it's the launcher wich changes the value in the registry but why does it not work? I changed the value while the launcher was running. The DWORD then is not changing the value but the game is still in russian.

Because you have a russian locked version ? Is that possible ?

maybe. The seller at G 2 A agreed to refund because I've bought the Global Version and the seller only has RU Keys
