How am i supposed to get the DLCs for this game?

Considering the fact that Steam no longer has ANY of spiderman games in their store, how am i gonna get the DLCS?

You can't. The license to develop and sell Spider-Man games and content expired for Activision, which forced them to stop selling the game and all DLCs in almost all places around the world. Apparently they still have a license for it in New Zealand, I think, but that's about it.

Hey um...i was wondering, i downloaded the game but for some reason it won't start, keeps telling me that the launcher has stopped working..
Do you have any idea what could be causing the problem?

It might be the same issue as I experienced. Browse to the following path:
Steam\steamapps\common\The Amazing Spider-Man 2\_CommonRedist

And install/repair all of the redists contained within. For me, it seems that Steam didn't actually install all the required redist packages when I ran the game the first time, which broke the launcher.
