Infiltrate Octan Tower mission glitch

Redoing the level in free play and every time I get to the tower (3 attempts now), Metalbeard is never with my team.

Need Metalbeard for the "throw enemy robots" puzzles, and cannot progress.

2 gold kits away from 100% so this is kinda annoying.

Didn't you have to open a door or something in order to him to enter? I don't remember right now...

I think I had that happen to me too. In free play you can just select another character and use his abilities to get past that section.

The first section you can get by without him, but not the 2nd where i was having problems.

Whatever the glitch was, it finally sorted itself out and I got through.

have the same problem. How exactly did you solve it? Which other character is able to throw enemy robots?

Don't know exactly how it sorted itself out.

No other character can throw robots.

If your problem is on the first screen, you don't need to do the robot-throwing to get the door open.

If your problem is on the second screen, you need metalbeard. I just replayed the level 4-5 times and he showed up.

To get past the first door, you will want to go up onto the high platform on the left. After you're up there, switch to Wonder Woman and use her lasso to grab the yellow grapple brick near the back. After that, use a master builder to master build. You can then, with a character that can use explosives, open the door and move on.
