Boost FPS?

Is there any way to boost the fps in this game?
My specs are: Intel Core i3 3217U 1.8GHZ
Intel HD Graphics 4000
4 GB RAM
DirectX 11
I can run high settings at the 800*600 with 30 fps.
I want to have high settings at 1366*768

You can't really afford to be picky when playing with integrated graphics. I would be content that the game plays at all.
