Bricksburg Streets

Hi,

I'm trying to complete the game at 100%, so i'm doing the levels on free play mode.
So far there wasn't much problem, but on the level bricksburg street I can't seem to find the last golden instruction.

It indicates it's here at the fruit market place but I've already done the level twice and nothing happens to change this area that could make the golden instruction appear. And it's not in the next area.

If someone remember what i have to do to get it, i would be really grateful.

For thoses stuck there as well, you have to pull the two neon lights with the mech...
