Hub Lord Business help

Hey guys,

I just completed the story part of the game and have unlocked all characters. In the Birksburg hub, there's a glowing blue circle on the ground by the station that says it needs President/Lord Business. When I try to use one of them on it, they just shrug and a Lord Business icon appears above their head (as if it were a wrong character). Already verified files and restarted game.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Or is this another "have to replay everything and hope it doesn't happen again" glitches?

Trot over to construction area. If you have destroyed some items and rebuilt the switch just down the street from the bill board surrounded by studs, use that with Pres/Lord to grow legs you can now operate the switch at the station area.
