How do you disable gamepad vibration?
Anyone know as its very distracting no ingame option to disable this. Technically otherwise its pretty solid apart from this.

As the previous poster implied (I think), just turn the switch on your controller to "Off". Problem solved!

Could you please explain, where is "off" button on X360 controller? Thank you.

I don't want to experiment with some software or manualy create button on my expensive gamepad. Its' year 2014 and I spent too much money for just a conversion (yeah it's Batman ofc!) and I would like to have standart option to turn the f***ing vibration in options..because it's year 2014!
... and yes, I'm in a bad mood.

The Logitech F710 (fully 360-compatible when Xinput is selected) has its "VIBRATION" button (toggle) just below the "START" button. I find it difficult to believe that any controller that has vibration wouldn't have a way to disable it, but I guess anything is possible.

Thanks, but I don't see where vibration is mentioned anywhere in the thread.

they only talk about how to disable a controller if you are too lazy to unplug it on that topic, and i bet the others are trolling you = there is no way to turn off vibration ;)

ps. i dont own this game but i got many games and 4 diffrent controllers all with vibration and real quality but none of them has a button to turn off vibration
(only these cheap copy controllers has such buttons same with auto on & off)

As I mentioned above, my Logitech (wireless) F710 has its "VIBRATION" button (toggle) just below the "START" button. So does the wired Logitech F510.

Devs are you here have you read this ?

Hello,

The latest version of the game provides a workaround. If you have altered your video settings from the default, you will have a VideoSettings.txt file. This is usually located at:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate HD\VideoSettings.txt"

Within that file you can append the following line to the end to turn off vibration:

win32ControllerVibrationEnabled:false

Thanks for getting back to me Mick that workaround is just what I needed & I can confirm it works on the MS 360 wireless controller.

Thanks for such an excellent game as well I really like it!
