Family Share
The description says it has a family share, but you have to use the Rockstar launcher. Can anyone confirm if the game actually has it?

It does not have family share becasue of needing the Rockstar Launcher. Only the one who purchased the game will be able to run it.

The game hasn't been excluded from family sharing yet, clearly an accident. Even if you tried to install and play it on a shared library, it isn't going to work because Steam copies of Rockstar games can only be played by the linked Rockstar account that also has the Social Club CD key for the Steam copy of the game.

Yes, it's unnecessarily convoluted, but that's because Valve set the rules for third-party launchers, which limited the implementations of this kind of system ranging anywhere from bad to terrible.
