Cloud Save don’t work

I played a few hours on SteamDeck and saved my progress. Later, I decided to continue playing on the PC, but there is no save file on the PC. Rockstar social club is logged in on SteamDeck and PC. What could be the reason?

same issue, I finally found out how to turn on cloud saving but leave the settings and go back in it is back in the "disabled state"

I believe there is no cloud save for the game at the moment.

There is cloud saving, via the Rockstar Games Launcher. You have to open the RGL in-game overlay and toggle it on/off in the settings.

No such option appearing in my RG Launcher. And Steam decided to just delete my saved files. I didn't change anything in the settings, I closed the game properly and yet... everything's gone.

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions or fixes for the primary issue being discussed in this topic. I was just trying to correct the person claiming cloud saving doesn't exist, which it does.

The toggle for cloud saving is hidden inside the Rockstar Games Launcher in-game overlay, not the launcher itself. To quote my own post from another thread explaining how to access it:

Again, I can't really comment on the missing saves themselves, since I didn't use cloud saves myself, though I'm sure it's a legitimate issue for some people.
