Any solution or just "haha" ?
Usually switching to ssd should fix all these issues, and you shouldn't have to turn down any settings with that card either. So basically im betting this is an issue on the games side rather than yours
Thank you, I will give disabling the GPU scheduling off a shot, actually a good idea considering that games usually cap the GPU and not the CPU, so why even offload to the GPU ...
You could be having the same issue with Windows Scheduler and Gamebar not seeing it as a game and causing issues between your PCores and ECores.
While in game hit the Windows Key+G. Click the settings icon and if it's available click the box that says remember this is a game.
Then exit and re-open the game and see if that helps.
If that does not work try disabling your ECores while playing the game.
Now if you're running at native 4k I don't think this should be causing you an issue, but if your running on a 1440p monitor or lower resolution Windows Scheduler could be causing your issues.
If this ends up being your issue, it's not really the devs fault, its just Windows being Windows.
I will also try that Game Bar "remember this is a game" thing, thank you alot!
How do you do that?
Windows Key + G, then the Cogwheel "Settings", there you can set the checkbox under "General"
Also, make sure your micro code for you BIOS is up to date also. 13 and 14th gen have a defect on their chip.

This can be caused by the high voltage issue that intel set the chips on too high with. If you keep using it like that btw without the micro code, you will damage your pc hardware permanently, if it is not already damaged.
Thanks. Had no idea!
Weird graphical stuff could be a issue that your gpu could already be damaged due to the high voltage of the chip. Again, make sure to update to the 4th fix now for the chips micro code in the BIOS. This won't fix already hardware issues that pop up, but will prevent more damage to your pc. Everytime you play a game with it, your damaging your hardware OP.
Again, the stuttering could be a sign your hardware could of already got damaged.
I am on the newest BIOS and no, nothing is damaged. I am not just playing 1 game, God of War Ragnarok runs without any FPS Drops and so does every other game. Its just a problem with RDR1 right now.
