Rooms supposedly not connected after loading a save

Hello there, I played around a bit with the game yesterday and after solving my financial crisis by expanding to more places and accepting basically any student that had a pulse, I had to quit for the day. Now, wanting to explore the Rank II stuff, I loaded my game just to find some rooms do not count as connected any more. Is this known and does a workaround exist?...

Welcome to version 0.29.0!

This update marks a major step forward for the user experience with a full rework of the game’s UI, multiple visual upgrades, and crucial bug fixes to keep the academy running smoothly.

Fixed a bug that caused certain techs not to unlock properly after loading a save (e.g., the Trial Room or Mana Storage would remain locked).
Fixed the infamous double Headmaster spawn issue.
Fixed the UI bug where the "grab character" interface wouldn’t appear when selecting a character.

Walls in Golemancy Rooms 1 & 2 have had their colors corrected to better match their intended visual style.
Visual upgrades for the rooftops of Alchemy Tier 2 and Dark Magic Tier 2 buildings.
Complete rework of the Tier 1 History of Magic classroom:
New animations, a fresh layout, and a more immersive vibe for your students.

We’ve reworked the entire interface from the ground up to make your magical management smoother and more intuitive.

Interactive elements are now much clearer, with a unified button system.
A simpler and more readable color scheme makes navigation easier on the eyes.
All UI elements – from frames and sliders to buttons and titles – have been standardized for a cleaner, more cohesive look.
Localization update: All supported languages have been updated to reflect the new UI and recent content additions.

Greetings, Headmasters!

The winds of magic have swept through Wizdom Academy once again, bringing with them a fresh batch of improvements, tweaks, and spell-binding fixes. This update focuses on polishing your building experience, enhancing key visual elements, and squashing some pesky bugs that dared to lurk in the shadows.

Visual texture fix on multiple buildings related to Darker.
Mana storage T2: destruction ghost now correctly displayed.
Roof display issues resolved on several buildings.
Correct darker now applied to Mana Storage T2.
Floating assets corrected on CastleHill.
Visual glitches inside Golemancy resolved.
T3 alchemy building now includes LODs for better performance.
General issue where colors weren’t properly loading (notably rooftops and potentially student uniforms).
Bug where switching floors while a character was selected caused floor transitions to fail.
Professors dropped into a room on floor 1 could incorrectly be assigned to a room on the floor above

Mana Storage T2:
- Complete overhaul of building states.
- Tank size reduced for easier room navigation.
CastleHill: Full map rework – mountain and castle removed to allow for more open space.

New visuals applied to Alchemy T3.
Several new spot animations in Golemancy and Alchemy.
Additional spot placements in Alchemy.
Better visibility cues when purchasing the Trial Room.

Is it supposed to be this hard to get gold?

I'm playing on easy and i can't afford anything cause i can't get gold. Have i missed something on what you are supposed to do? I can barely go 0 with 2 teachers, can't do trials cause i can't earn money, can't defend against hordes cause i can't hire more teachers cause no money. Considering you need loads of income from the start its weird there is no way to get it other than the tiny income you get from students. So yeah, have i missed something here?...

Im losing more money than i can get, the shorter time students are there, the more money you get, and the longer students are there, the less money. thats backwards. the raids make no sense, they keep coming and it took two of my teachers away for it, i cant take them out of there, and i cant fire them. nothing happens in a raid or anything. the game is not balanced at all. i have to have 5 teachers employed, but all the students that keep coming are poor and can only pay 10-15 a student, when teachers cost me 200-250 a teacher. its very buggy and glitchy and basically unplayable even on easy mode. maybe they will fix it months from now, but for now im getting a refund.

the demo was way better than the released game.

Early Access Review

It's definitely still very rough around the edges, but the Devs are very quick with updates and improvements. The concept is charming, and the humor is wonderful. Kudos to the writers!!! Art style is great, and pretty unique compared to other small scale city builder style games.

If you don't like things that aren't fully baked - wait until it is out of early access. But as someone who played a few too many hours of the demo, I am excited to spend more time designing and learning the lore of Wizdom Academy! A full creative mode wouldn't be amiss down the road :)

Okay I will admit the game is perfect and still has bugs .
On the other hand the game Devs are amazing and are constantly working on update and love feedback and bug reports

Alchemy seems to stop working

Am i doing something wrong ?!? As soon as i built the golemmancer classroom. New students doesnt seem to take Alchemy classes anymore even thou there is a teacher assigned and stuff

Survive a level 2 drought while conserving mana.

Can't survive something that never happens. 249 days in, haven't had a single level 2 drought. Is this something I'm supposed to initiate? If so, there's no indication of how.

Trees spawn/clip through Golemmancy T1 Classroom

So upon reloading my Game i noticed that the trees and Bushes did spawned again inside my Golemmancy T1 Classroom. Again doesn't seem to affect the functionality it simply looks weird.
