is the kind where you can tell the pixelation filter was added first

Tried touching everything in the game, and I don't even know if Im hitting the right button because the game doesn't tell you anything. Went down the hall with the big TV and still couldnt find anything. What is this.

nothing does anything and nothing happens. except the scroll wheel zooms you out from first person for no discernable reason. no menu, can't quit without CADing. what is this? next fest really needs some people to filter out the truly non-things like this....
