Stuttering

Guys do you guys get stutters ? Especially when people join the lobby, now I’m not on steam I just use the racing ui but my god the stutters are killing me, I’m have a beefy setup with triple I have tried every possible thing gsync on/off vsync on/off I just cannot stop the game stutters,

64GB ram
Triple 1440
Without gsync or frame cap I get like 240 fps

Are you using "trading paints", if it's on automatically downloading it can cause stutters when people join, because there skins get downloaded, so you can see them.

I do use trading paints how do I change that setting you mention ?
