Probably because the G27 has a dual motor opposed to the DFGT's single motor. G27 spin rate is slightly faster giving that edge, but I stuck with the DFGT for the stronger feedback.
Yes i'm using the profiler, i've gone through all the recommendations from iRacing and in the community....
It still feels like crap, and it's not the wheel since when I play AC or RR it feels absolutely spot on. In iRacing it feels like i'm driving on sand, it's just a heavy wheel that only fights back when im already half way into a spin or on a cambered road like an oval. Even in those cases it's just sluggish as hell.
Brand new mate, had one before and had the same issue with iRacing. Growing tired with it since apparently they were supposed to improve it a while back.

I found the best way to get strong ffb without clipping is to turn ffb up to like 10 or so, then go drive around a bit. If you have on the little bar thingamajig that shows stuff like latency, cpu utilization, etc, you will see that the bar on the bottom correlates with the ffb coming through your wheel.
I tune mine to just barely get in to the yellow when driving aggressively. If it goes in to the red, that means its clipping and it'll feel dead or choppy when it does.
Yeah man I got you!
even at my current FFB setting right now of 14, it's going into the Yellow, but never red. If I bring the FFB down anymore it'll feel too light, bring it up anymore and it'll go into the red.
Then try to use some "min-force" (maybe 10-15%, better use the "min-force" calculation in the wheel-check tool).

Tried it, just feels like i'm driving a tank. I'm getting feedback from the car, but just on a basic level, it's not very detailed. Is that normal?
