How to enable radar?

I have seen people use radars but I just can't find how to enable it.

it's not cheats.

Applications like RaceLab or iOverlay can do show those.

I personally race with only spotter and the winglights I have on my rig. Also don't use the Virtual mirror, but the real ones in the cars.

Okay so do you use VR then? Is the VR support in this game top of the line?

I don't use VR, I am using triple-screens.

From what I hear VR support in iRacing is pretty good.

VR support is very good. "BUT" 3rd party overlays can be tricky in VR.
