There are no 'trial codes'

You allways have to buy some kind of subscription.

You can get a free year of iRacing if you subscribe for a membership at your local FIA-club.

Quickest way is via donating to UK's FIA club and you'll get a 12 month code + free F4 car. Cheapest is $10 CAN donation to CAN's FIA club, but that takes 2-3 weeks due to manual communication with the employee there.
