Promotion codes for Cars and Tracks
I've just resigned using a $9 for 3 month code, but do they ever do them for Cars and Tracks besides the bundles?

No they don't, there is a thread on the iRacing Forums I'll dig up later today to explain why. Maybe in the future they will, but as of now no. iRacing has only started to turn a profit late last year.

Ever hear of a man name John Henry? He is the owner of the Boston Red Sox, he put up the money orginally, and without his investment iRacing would not have ever gotten of the ground. Also just because they where not profiting does not mean they where not atleast breaking even.

There is a "idollars" sale, its a ingame currency that you fill with real money. Like twice a year, maybe more, they let you buy idollars with a discount, 75$ for 100 idollars and 20$ for 25 idollars, you can buy tracks and cars with that money.

Also the bundles are a good deal, its a good way to save money.

I did the same, although I wasn't going to until I noticed I had money sitting on my account. So I got 3 months for free :) So I went back, raced the class C and class A races... same ole same ole... people driving with their mics instead of their brains. People waking up from a night of drinking and jumping on their computers to race, never finishing the first lap or heck even 1 practice lap for that matter. The way its set up is pathetic. Not to mention, iRacing doesn't let you know what part of the series you're joining in on. Who wants to join the service or come back to it, in the middle of a series where you have no chance at leading in points? They need to make it so when you start the service, there is a fresh and new series for you. No i can't tell you how, but its not my job to either. But my number 1 complaint... why are the fixed setups designed to throw you off the track to the left, when coming out of a corner. I can control it and I know how to adjust it but there are alot of people that don't and it kills the race. Make a damn stable setup to post in fixed, or DONT POST ANYTHING. That is all, rant over. Sorry man, but I'm a diehard sim racer and this stuff just makes me mad.

Because if your talking about C trucks and the A car, I would advise learning how to set the car up, because what happened was everyone was complaining the fixed sets where too tight so the guy that builds the fixed setups for iRacing did a 180 and made them very loose, some are good, while most are just way to wicked loose for most people to drive. I tend to stay away from the fixed series because people don't seem to care.

It also doesn't help that C fixed trucks is the pick up and go series that everyone joins. But as for your points issue... Tell me in all honesty. Do you really think you're going to win a points based championship if you start on week 8 of 12? iRacing has their seasons set after years of trying to figure out the best way to do it. Either deal with the fact you're going to have to wait until the next season starts or keep looking for the Forza leagues that restart themselves everytime a new member joins.
