Can't sign into iRacing servers...

Hi all, I can't seem to log in to iRacing at the moment. I just recently re-subscribed and now all of a sudden I get this blank white screen after I log in. Is iRacing down for maitenence?

theres an issue with iracing and steam logins, post on facebook and twitter about it. What would be nice is anyone knows a way to login through the old non-steam portal with a steam based account. I regret changing it over to steam for sure....

HI all, I can't get in either. I've been on Iracing for about 3 months now, trust me new folks they'll get this sorted out. This is the first "issue" I've had since signing up. Hang in there, you'll be glad you did.

I did the exact same thing. I don't think they know I even renewed it since I wasn't charges right away for resubscribing.

I purchased this game a day ago and haven't played a single minute since then just because steam changed its API and the developer hasn't adapt his own code yet. So I converted my account because I want to be independent from steam failures like this. The steam API doesn't give me a benefit which can compensate such frustrating failures.

I have got a fully working game on my harddisk, I have got a fully working pc and I have got a one-month-subscription (which I have cancelled now because the current situation is a no-go) but I can't play because of such an unimportant issue. This is very annoying.

Edit: I have just read: "iRacing.com Member Support - Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m EDT." So maybe I can't play the whole weekend (and my one-month-subscription time is nevertheless running, such things always work well, lol)! Awesome!

Alright, I know you are as upset as I am, but please give the game a chance. I've been on iRacing for half a year and during this, I have had no problems until this incident. But please give the game a chance before reviewing it.

I wouldn't be so upset if they at least converted my account yesterday which isn't a big deal. But even there is a serious problem (no steam user can log in) there is no emergency support guy. They just enjoy their weekend. This isn't an adequate support for a purley online based game in my opinion.

They're actually one of the few devs that have phone support.

In either case, switching an API isn't as simple as just "swapping it out". And it doesn't help they're currently strained fixing other issues with their backend replacement.

It's not usually this bad. :/

Try calling [phone] x1 (it's listed as their phone number on the member site)

In either case, I'd recommend waiting until next Monday anyways. They're release a hot fix update to fix a lot of issues. :/ was quite stable up until this release. Hopefully gets fixed soon
