Could Not Find Sim

So I bought this game for 10$ on Steam. Created account, logged in and then tried "Test Drive" option. The game says "Couldn't find sim". Ok I googled for a bit and found different solutions such as:
1. Reinstalling EasyAntiCheat from the games folder
2. Renaming iracing folder in the Documents
3. Restarting iRacing helper service

none of these helped me to start a game. How to fix it?

Verify the files on Steam and make sure the iRcing service is running in the taskmanager.
