Unable to download "NASCAR Trucks Series Chevrolet Silverado - 2018".

After another iRacing update, I get a download window popping up for "NASCAR Trucks Series Chevrolet Silverado - 2018". I click to download it, but then this pops up:

i think if i recall having this same issue but with a legacy car, just force close iracing web manager or something like that in task manager and then restart it and try to download the update again?? sorry if this doesnt work but i believe this was the same error i was having a while ago
