Overlay help
Are there any overlays that can be used in full screen? Seems like every one I look at has to be played in windowed mode.

Thanks

There are no supported overlays that work when the game is full-screen.

More information about the topic:

windows natively do not allow any application to run on top of a fullscreen application. This could be worked around, but these solutions would involve techniques that is not suggested by the industry. These workarounds could trigger the anti-cheat applications and mark the app as harmful. So we decided the best to avoid it.

have you try using window boarder-less mode? also are you using 1 screen or 3 screen?

I don't use steam, use the regular subscription, but I run triple monitors, and just started using various overlays in the window borderless mode, using simracingapps app. TBH I have not seen one bit of difference in the display or FPS running window borderless as compared to fullscreen.

I have been using a large monitor over top of the trips running off a laptop and a small 10" notebook below the trips (simracingapps starts a "server" on the game PC that you can load into with other devices to display info).

I'm still on the fence about running with the overlays, don't really like things cluttering up my driving screens, but placing them on the 2 side monitors works well.

Don't know of any overlays that run on fullscreen, but don't be worried about running windowed borderless, as noted I really can't see a difference, works fine from what I can tell
