In rendererDX11Monitor.ini you can set them. (name can be different if you use VR)
It can cause performance drops if you don't have enough Vram and GPU power. Especially the Cars one.
But if you have good specs, it shouldn't be a problem.
Thank you!
I run constant 160 fps (triples @ 7680x1440) even on the big circuits with a lot of cars.

Thanks for that tip. But wasnt clear to me if you use LossLess software with Iracing, if you are showing how config in ini to use that software or just saying isnt necessary get that software? Thanks
And for good racing we need low latency, the whole point of high frame rates is to reduce the frametimes and with it the until displayed times so we can react faster.
Has been discussed for a while:

https://www.techspot.com/article/2747-amd-fsr-3-tech/
It's good for added smoothness in single player games that aren't dependant on reaction times:
-strategy games,
-Role Playing Games of the more classical and turn based kind.
-City Builders
, but a detriment in any game that demands fast reactions like:
-racing sims
-combat flight sims
-shooters
-Milsims
-rythm games
-action rpg
-fighting games. etc.
It also might not be a problem in a civilian flight sim if you play as an airliner, but the closer you get to the ground, like on landing, or when flying a helo, the more detrimental it gets.
You could argue that it isn't detrimental in train or truck sims, but pretty much only until a fast reaction is needed, like reacting to a signal.
(In the case of the German PZB, you need to have the acknowledge button down and then release it inside 2.5-4 seconds depending on type while you pass the Magnet with your loco's leading bogie. Now that magnet is less than a meter long, 68 cm, or 2 feet 2.77 inches, so hitting that right at 120 km/h or 90 mph is quite a reaction challenge.
Nevermin at 160 km/h or close to 100 mph. )
