Hi to all !! :) I am new here but after I paid and download all the contents... iracing is up to date ! But impossible to launch ANYTHING even eligible test !! Can anyoe help the reason can be what ???

installed the cheat software also ? and what happens if you click race? check also popblockers/virus scanners.

yes I installed and accepted the cheat soft it was asking to have too.. all accepted... I'll check about the virus scanner tomorrow ... I go to sleep for now and will give answer about that tomorow.. thanks for your help a lot

1. Check virus scanner/popblocker etc
2 Are you admin on the pc?
3. try another webbrowser.
4.Tell more detailed what steps you click and what you see ingame.

1. Antivirus and any firewall all desactivated
2. yes I am admin and the only user of the PC
3. I tryed in Chrome and after on Internet explorer ans Mozilla... Same problem...
4. When I go on iracing webpage, I connect with loging ans password... then since I downloaded all yesterday I have that "iRacing up to date" green light...
When I click on "TEST" for trying the game... it is searching several seconds and then says on screen the following
"The following error occured while trying to join the session:
Simulator didn't seem to launch for unknown reason"

Any help would be appreciated... as I paid for nothing.... :-)

ok the solution is i think you have not installed the directx from this game..search the folder in the main game folder. and install that version.
other solution: I actually had the same issue, my fix; On the main dashboard once logged in to the far right there's a blue button (with a screw driver?) Click the button a few options will show up including using 64bit or 32bit. For some odd reason with my recent up date I just changed the slider to which ever one I was NOT previously using and re-joined and everything worked fine. I never had 64/32 bit issue before, but this worked. Give it a try to see if it works for you,too.

strange because I installed (again) DirectX during the installation of iracing when it asked me to do it.... But I'll try you tip and will give you the result of it here. Thanks

MANY THANKS Rock N Roll !!! This was the same problem as you had.. I needed to move the slider from 64bits to 32 bits and now it is working ! Do not know why as I have 64 bits system but need to be on 32 bits and all is looking working well now.

Just a question : Is that possible to drive with TV cockpit camera ? or noze camera ? because looking like I cannot change only inside view but I have small screen this is not the best here :-/

nope only 1 camera! just like in real life! ;) i have this game since this weekend, im going to start an indi allara career somewhere this periode.... first im going to practise a lott of the stock tracks you have....

open the browser based launcher, on the topright you have the settings button,run the graphic config afterwards.
