required updates

i have reinstalled iracing on d because i didn't have space on c for the patch 3 of season 4 .
Now when i start iracing and do the required updates it shows me that the web image components for nascar truck series chevrolet silverado 2018(2MB) need to be downloaded and when i click the download button the game restart but in a short way and i return to the same situation which is that i have to download the 2MB. Please help me with this

anyone got a solution yet? developer, please comment on this as there are several people wanna play your gam, paying for it on a montly base and are not able to cause required updates is not updating and ends in an endless loop..

Open iracing UI directly and it will give the option to Download the update or selected files.
Steam seems to fall behind the UI often. Hope this helps :)

And just pause the iRacing updates in Steam, so it won't keep retrying.
(* just right click -> pause in your library)
