You thought right. ATM there is no AI for that car

For the OP. $12,95 for the car and then you have to buy the tracks and get yourself an A-Class. So you lookin at $12,95+12*$14,95+membership ~ $200-$250.
When it comes to Tracks just buy the Grade 1 tracks or look at the GP Series schedule. Those are all popular tracks that are used by nearly every series
