iRacing

Scam price model? tax? currency conversion fees?
AMS, pC2, AC, ACC, rF2, R3E, Kartkraft, F1 2019, WRC8, DR2.0, ETS2 and ATS.

All those I paid exactly as the price tag says, only iRacing took from my account MORE than its price.

A quick search and I read in some forums that it happened to other people.

Has it happened to you? Should I contact support?

In the EU this is illegal. the final price has to be displayed from the "start" of the transaction which doesnt happen in iRacing.
I hope someone will consider to get on their toes for this!
convertion fees are "normal" but if you have a lot of custormers outside the US you should consider to respect the laws of them, too.

whatever. I wish iRacing would consider a payment plan for EU/US/First world countrys and than Rest of the world. Their would be much more customers if they would go for this! But they rather milk their current customers for new cars and tracks payments, which could stay the same.
I guess as long as they dont HAVE to change they wont and you will have to controll twice if the amount they charge is the amount you actually get charged with.

have fun

Which subscription plan did you take?

1 month would take 13,99€ to your currency out of your account, 6 months would take 10,99*6 = 65,94€ out of your account and 12 months would take 10,49*12 = 125,88€ out of your account.

If there is a bug, that bug is inside Steam, and you should make a Steam support ticket. Developers can not code something into the purchase button that magically takes more than the price out of your account. They just set the price and information for the product.

Also, even though it shows you dont have iracing, i assume you bought it through steam? If you didnt, make an iRacing support ticket instead.
