You can increase shadow resolution by changing ShadowMapRes (i think) = 3 (it's default is 1 at 1024, it can be increased to 4096)
NumDynamicCubemaps= can change how many % cube maps are rendered per frame. This is a bit nicer than using the in-game control because in game control will set this to 100% of the frames! So, if you use something like 9-20, you can get live reflections in the game, which is super awesome at night, not gonna lie.

(this image shows Cubemaps on vs off. You can see the interior reflecting the wheel LEDs, which yes, if they're yellow or red, do show up on the ceiling of the car which i just think is neat. Runs HORRIBLY in vr though)
So yeah. It really just varies on how you set it up. :D
